Russell Patterson, SIOR, a Tyler, Texas native, founded Patterson Commercial Property Group in 2010 after a successful career with another Tyler- based commercial real estate firm. During his time in commercial real estate, Russell has negotiated successful transactions with such diverse tenants as New York Life Insurance Company, Trinity Mother Frances Hospitals & Clinics, Community Coffee Company, Advance Auto Parts, Fresenius Medical Care, Baker Hughes Incorporated, Carpenter Technologies, Northwestern Mutual Insurance, Stanley’s Famous BBQ, and many more.
Following graduation from Texas Christian University in Fort Worth, Texas, Russell spent several years teaching U.S. and Texas History. During this time, Russell also earned a Masters Degree in Education Administration from The University of Texas at Tyler. His extensive education and diverse work background has proved invaluable for the challenging and rewarding world of commercial real estate.
In his spare time, Russell is actively involved in the Crohn’s & Colitis Foundation of America (CCFA). He is also an avid runner - having completed three marathons and dozens of half-marathons. Russell is married to Diana, a Physician’s Assistant working in women’s health. Together they have three beautiful daughters. Russell is also a proud member of the Society of Industrial and Office Realtors (SIOR) with a specialization in Office Leasing and Sales.
Jaremy Markert joins P&I Real Estate Management as a Building Engineer. He comes with over 6 years of experience in Class A office buildings and holds 4 EPA Certifications.
Before joining P&I, Jaremy held the position of Building Engineer and Lead Engineer at Cushman & Wakefield and Lead Engineer at Transwestern. He has worked on over 30 different buildings and properties in the Austin area ranging from 200,000 square feet to 1.1M square feet. He holds extensive knowledge in HVAC, Plumbing, and Access systems.
He likes to spend his free time with his wife, Kensi, and daughter, Billie. Jaremy enjoys the great outdoors, smoking some BBQ, and listening to music.
He is dedicated to continually improving building operations and relationships with our valued tenants.
Jill Wiggins joins P&I Real Estate Management as Property Accountant, bringing a wealth of experience in financial accounting and office management. She is dedicated to ensuring accurate financial oversight and strategic financial planning for our diverse portfolio of properties.
Prior to joining P&I, Jill held various positions during her 22-year career at Kluber Lubrication here in Tyler, including Financial Analyst, Accounting Specialist, Executive Assistant and Administrative Assistant. She holds a bachelor’s degree in business administration from LeTourneau University.
Outside of work, Jill spends most of her time with friends, family and her toy Aussie. Her hobbies include kayaking, walking and the occasional 2step. Over the years she has volunteered, led teams or participated in ZERO Prostate Cancer Run, Tyler Run for Autism, East Texas Food Bank, Litter Cleanup with Keep Tyler Beautiful, Tree Planting in local parks, and Field Day at Promise Academy.
She looks forward to continued community involvement and contributing to the continued success of P&I by delivering exceptional financial management for our clients.
